Where we ship
We ship all over the world!

When we ship
Ordered items are normally sent off within 1-2 business days if they are available in stock. If you are in a hurry, please send us an email at shop@heartoflovikka.se, and we will do our best to speed up the process.

How we ship
We use the national postal service (within Europe) and DHL for all international shippings. A shipping fee will be added to your purchase. Please note: Heart of Lovikka is not responsible for any foreign customs or duties that may be applied after shipment.

Heart of Lovikka has everything that is available in the webshop on stock. However, stock is not huge (we want you to feel exlusive and one-of-a-kind wearing your Heart of Lovikka garment!). Unfortunately our stock system and our webshop do not speak the same language yet. This means that if you are very unlucky, someone may just have grabbed that last garment on stock that you wanted, before we have managed to clear it from the webshop. Luckily, this happens very seldom and if so, you will hear from us promptly and we will try to solve the problem as well as we can.

The price in effect is the price indicated at the time of purchase. If you are a resident of the European Union, (as definied by your shipping address), the prices will include Swedish VAT (moms) of 25%. We accept payment in SEK, Euro and US dollar.

Payment methods
We accept Paypal and credit card payment, VISA, MasterCard and EuroCard. Payments are made via a secure and encrypted electronic transfer. The transactions are handled by Nets E-payment.

Return/exchange policy
Items purchased from Heart of Lovikka may be returned at any time within 14 days.You can return your purchase to us in its original condition within the period stated above, with any seals intact, including all labels and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Please always contact us at shop@heartoflovikka.se regarding returns, so that we are able to better assist you. Please indicate your order number, which item you are returning and the reason for the return.

Customer Complaints
If the merchandise is defective, please contact us at shop@heartoflovikka.se with a description. If the complaint is valid, you can either exchange the item or get a full refund. And of course we then pay for return shipping.

Heart of Lovikka follows the recommendations of the Swedish Board of Consumer Complaints (ARN).
